Regular guest here, nice location in Houston. I got room 317 this time, very clean and well prepared, . Wifi was a fast 70meg, very impressed. Nice large room with a kitchen unit. NFC locks on the doors, very handy. happy to reccomend and will stay again on my way to friends in Aransas Pass.

This hotel is disgusting. After a long day of travel, I checked into this hotel because all other hotels were booked. It was late, and I decided to check-in. I walked into the room, and I was uneasy because the room was tiny and dirty. I went to shower, and ants came out of the faucet. I then looked in the sink, and there was a cockroach and bugs. I grabbed my items and ran out of there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL; IT IS UNSAFE, DIRTY, AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND OTHER BUGS

Fire alarm woke us up at 3 am, cleaning people were banging on our door well before checkout time to "clean the room" Spoiled milk in the Continental Breakfast bar. Stale bread and bagels which the lady threw away at 9 am saying they were stale. Patches of puddy on the tub. Non-smoking rooms reaked of smoke in various forms, I'm sure they were smoking weed there based on the smell. Many lights were not working. Very very disturbing and dissatisfied. We e always stayed at Wyndham locations but this was indeed a dive!

Overall, it was a great stay. The staff that I interacted with was friendly, warm and accommodating. I would have liked to have stayed longer to have had an opportunity to check out the pool, however it was only a full schedule two day stay.

Had bugs in the bathroom coming out of the plumbing and occasionally in the bedroom. I had to deal with this every time I entered the room. Room was not clean, with noticeable dust around edges of room and on top of appliances. Staff was nonexistent. I only saw them (by ring the reception desk bell) when I checked in and out. Breakfast quality was poor.
